From a 0.33-hectare plot in the hills to the north of the village of Savigny, planted in 1990. It must be stated that the 2024 vintage was very difficult for growers here with frost in the spring and rains in the fall, yet, this wine's quality did not suffer. It's crystalline and finessed with aromas of white flowers, blanched almonds and lemon zest. The palate is delectable and buoyant, offering white peach fruit sustained by a high line of lemony acidity with a long and compelling finish. As a side note, Savigny-lès-Beaune has quickly developed one of the most desirable wine regions in Burgundy considering the quality to price ratio is exceptional while there is also a groundswell of young, talented vigneron.
