Shipping & Storage

All wines purchased from Sec Wines LLC are deemed sold in the state of Oregon and title passes to the purchaser in Oregon. Sec Wines LLC makes no representation relative to the purchaser’s right to import wine into any other state. Shipping and handling, if applicable, are separate from any wine sale transaction(s). Customers have the option to: A) Pick up orders at our office B) Choose a shipping option at checkout C) Independently arrange for their own shipping. Title passes from Sec Wines to customer at the time of purchase. Sec Wines is not responsible for wine after purchase. Any loss or damage, be it before pick up or shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any loss or damage during shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Sec Wines will endeavor to help customer with any loss by common carrier during shipping. By placing this order, the purchaser represents to Sec Wines LLC that he or she is at least 21 years old or older, and the person to whom the delivery will be made is at least 21 years of age.

We will ship your order any time you ask us too, but we suggest shipping only when the weather is between 32º and 70º F. We are happy to hold your paid in full order in our temperature controlled holding area until ideal shipping conditions are present between Portland and the wine’s final destination.
