Jeremy Arnaud is an up and coming producer in Chablis - his premier cru Chablis sell out in a flash. His “humble” Bourgogne Blanc is from the Les Veuillons vineyard, just east of Chablis and with similar chalky soil. This is 100% Chardonnay raised in neutral oak barrels that offers really fine texture, precise fruit and a touch of chalky minerality. The balance is suburb. Fans of White Burgundy and Oregon Chardonnay will find plenty to love here.
