From a 50+ year old parcel on Limestone and clay located at 400m that tends to ripen slowly, aged for 12 months in demi-muids and barrels. Offering brushes of quince and clementine this wine is carried by a beautiful fine boned and lithe acidity. Some dry extract and white pepper add dimension. Absolutely delicious.
